The hotel was perfectly located close to the fort wall and also to nearby restaurants and shops. The reception area was very chilled out and comfortable. WiFi worked very well.

The entrance hatch/door was a bit of a nuisance, it required someone to open it from the inside.

The service is superb and staff take care of guests like family, providing clean facilities and superb breakfasts. You'll find free bottled water, beach towels, and even laundry facilities.

One aspect that could be improved is some rooms have a terrible smell in the bathroom and the shower water runs out quickly.

The room had a lot of mosquitoes and there were no nets available. This made for some uncomfortable nights and required us to use a lot of bug spray.
